This project run 100% by volunteers and is non-profit. It is a collaboration between Source Institute - a peer learning skunkworks, Sofia Tech Park - Bulgaria's largest science park, and BESCO - The Bulgarian Startup Association. It is spearheaded by Salim Virani and Nato Stefanov (also volunteering), with support from many other volunteers who've just stepped up in a time of need.

We are doing this to help people in all countries, but basing out of our resources here in Bulgaria for fast action.
